Located in Thousand Oaks the Embroidery Studio has thousands of designs for you to choose from and a wide variety of themes including, but not limited to sports, animals, flowers, occupations, hobbies and children.
Embroidery has its roots in royalty. Embroidery is the ancient form of decorative needlework in which designs and pictures were created by stitching strands of material on to a layer of another material. Embroidery was used in Ancient Egypt to please the royal family by decorating the hems of royal robes, quilts that kept the King warm on cold winter nights and in the tapestries that hung from the walls. Embroidery has traditionally been used to make unique clothing and one of a kind household furnishings including table linens, tray cloths, towels and bedding. Today at the Embroidery Studio we have taken embroidery to the next level of sophistication. If you can think it and design it, we will do our embroidery magic to put your modern artwork on the woven “canvas” of your choice.
